Benihana Teremana Photospot Competition: Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Benihana UK (“the Promoter”). The competition runs at Benihana Chelsea, 77 King’s Road, London SW3 4NX only.
The competition opens on 8 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 27 July 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. There is no requirement to purchase a Teremana cocktail, or anything else, in order to take a photograph at the photospot or to enter the competition.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Proof of age and identity may be requested.
Employees of the Promoter, of Teremana, and of their respective agencies and immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
To enter, an entrant must: (a) take a photograph at the Teremana photospot at Benihana Chelsea; (b) post that photograph publicly to their Instagram feed; (c) follow @BenihanaUK on Instagram; and (d) tag @BenihanaUK and include the hashtag #BenihanaTeremana in the caption.
Entrants must have a public Instagram account at the point of entry and until the winner is announced. Entries posted to private accounts, or to Instagram Stories only, cannot be verified and will not be counted.
One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be treated as a single entry.
The prize is one Chef’s Choice Natsu menu for two guests, with a retail value of £120, together with one Teremana cocktail of the winner’s choice from the Teremana range for each of the two guests, served on arrival.
The prize is redeemable at Benihana Chelsea only, subject to availability and advance booking. The prize must be redeemed on or before 30 September 2026.
The prize excludes any additional food, beverages, service charge and gratuities beyond those stated. Any supplements, such as the Teriyaki Steak supplement, are not included.
The cocktails forming part of the prize are alcoholic. The Promoter operates Challenge 25. Guests unable to provide valid proof of age will be offered a non alcoholic alternative.
There is no cash alternative. The prize is non transferable and non refundable, and may not be sold or exchanged.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from @BenihanaUK on or before 28 July 2026. If the winner does not respond by 31 July 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By entering, entrants confirm that the photograph is their own original work, that they own or control all rights in it, and that any other identifiable person appearing in it has consented to its use.
By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non exclusive, royalty free licence to reproduce, publish and display their entry on Benihana channels, in restaurant and in marketing materials, with credit to the entrant’s Instagram handle, for a period of 12 months from the closing date.
Entries that are offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or which the Promoter reasonably considers unsuitable, will be disqualified.
Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and used solely for the administration of this competition.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any and all liability arising from the competition.
Use of the Teremana name, marks and imagery is with the permission of the brand owner.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
