Entry to the Free Prize Draw is open to UK residents over 21 years only.

Participants must have a Facebook account to participate.

Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules will be disqualified.

The entry instructions form part of these rules.

It is a condition of entry that the winning name may be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary e.g. Mrs Smith from Surrey.
Only one entry per person.

Employees or family members of employees of Benihana UK or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the competition.

The prize for each competition is as stipulated in the post content. There is no alternative prize and no interest is payable.

The prize is food for two people at Benihana Chelsea or Covent Garden up to a maximum value of £100. The prize value (£100) excludes any drinks ordered which must be paid for separately. If the dishes ordered total more than £100 the winner agrees to pay for these at the end of their meal.

The prize is not transferable.

The prize has no cash value.

The winner will be the person whose name(s) is chosen randomly from the entries received on Facebook before the closing date and time published in the post..

Notification of winning: The winner will be notified by direct message in reply to the comment that they have posted. They will be instructed to DM Benihana with their Email address and telephone number. Benihana will then contact the winner by email requesting their preferred location, date and time to claim their prize. The reservation will be made on their behalf and confirmed directly from Benihana’s SevenRooms reservation system. the winner(s) will be announced on Facebook on the date stipulated in the competition post and informed via Facebook.

Any prize that is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter to contact the winner will be disposed of at the Promoter’s discretion without any liability to the winner for having done so. Winners will have one month after notification to claim their prizes.
